It’s been awhile since I blogged about CCD and bees but I’ve not stopped paying attention. Yesterday in Twitter James (@monkchips) posted a link I wanted to share with everyone.

“We want to give them support right now, as you probably know they are having a bit of trouble; worryingly they are dying out at an alarming rate. So help us to give them a helping hand and support our eco-friendly beehives. “

FMR PLANT, the day to plant it!

Today was a special edition of the Friday Morning Report, last week during the show I explained that I wanted everyone to take the time they would normally spend watching the show to go into their garden, backyard, house, office or park (anywhere even a pot) and plant something be it grass, flower, vegetables, etc.

During the course of the day in the mix of a ton of meetings I spent as much time as possible in our own garden ensuring that everything we had planted was doing well and of course sowing grass seeds for a new area of “dirt” we are attempting to reclaim as grass for the kids to play.
